If you are requesting a Quotation please provide the following information, so that I can give you the most accurate information. The more information I have, the better I can address your needs.

1. Date and times of event, including any necessary early setup

2. Venue details, number of people attending, and if there are stairs/steps to negotiate.

3. Type of Function (e.g. 40th Birthday, Wedding etc) and anything else you feel may be relevant.
