CORPORATE EVENTS
Colin's Disco provides Disco,
Sound, Lighting, Projection and Conferencing Services to small
and medium size businesses who require the very best service but
perhaps don't have the huge-bucks budget of larger
organisations. We can help plan your conference timings, liaise
with the venue and help ensure everything goes according to
plan.
We also provide staff and works
Discos to all segments of Industry, from Factory Floor parties
to boardroom and client entertainment, and we can custom-design
packages to work to your requirements.
Events include Conferencing, Presentation and
Awards Evenings, Sportsperson's Dinners, general
and Xmas parties etc and can provide a
full
mixture and range of services to your specification. Examples
include providing sound and lighting for conferences, projection
equipment for seminars, sound system for awards, then a staff
Disco on the evening.
We work closely with our clients
to provide a personal, high quality service, at extremely
reasonable rates. We also maintain a network of other quality
providers and can either recommend or arrange venues, chair
covers, chocolate fountains, florists
and several other services. Our advice is free!
We are based in the North East of
England, which is where the majority of our work is. However,
our relationship with our clients is such that we are happy to
travel the UK to ensure consistency
of service.

event will be in good hands! I honestly believe that the level

will happily discuss your requirements - with no charge for
advice and suggestions!
Whether you want the equipment
simply installed and removed afterwards, or require Sound and
Lighting Technicians for the duration, we can help. For larger
jobs Colin joins forces with colleague John Forbes, allowing us
to run conferences of up to
400 people
with both sound and lighting.
We carry Public
Liability Insurance (cover £10m), all equipment is properly maintained
and certified (PAT Tested), and a copy of our Risk Assessment is available on request.
