Photo Montage

I’m delighted to be able to offer this fantastic service to my clients – the Photo Montage or Interactive Slideshow.

This service has several unique and helpful features to make your Wedding Reception even more unique.

I supply either a 42″ monitor or a projector with 6ftX4.5ft Screen (either front or rear projection), laptop and operator, plus use of a digital camera if you require

For those getting married abroad it is a great way to share your Wedding photos when you have your celebration back in the UK.

If you have photos from your childhood, your life together or your Hen or Stag nights (if you dare share them!) then these can also be displayed, along with any other photos you wish to share. Many couples choose to show photos of friends or relatives who are unable to be present, but whom they wish to feel are still involved in their Special Day.

These days, most guests have digital cameras or even camera phones and will be taking photos throughout the day. We also may take  photos (with your permission of course!). During the day your guests are free to share those photos with us – we will copy them to the laptop, perform basic editing and then display them on the screen.

Sometimes the official photographer may also agree to share some photos on the day, which we are delighted to display (please note, some photographers only agree to this on the condition that those photos are deleted at the end of the day, and we are happy to comply with this).

Following the wedding, all of the photos from all of your guests who share are written to a disk and sent to you. This saves you having to scout around your guests to get photos – we provide the central point of contact for you.

All of this is provided at a cost which is surprisingly low – please ask for details.

Some couples consider buying Disposable Cameras, but in fairness these are rarely of any decent quality, the photos taken tend to be tied to the tables where they are placed and of course you have to send them away, wait for them to come back, and then have no easy way to share them with your guests. Considering most of your guests will already have cameras with them and prefer to use their own, this can be a false economy – why not make use of the far better equipment your guests already bring?

Imagine this:

Your ceremony photos are displayed almost immediately after the ceremony (sometimes actually during!). Your speeches are shown almost live. Informal photos from throughout your day are regularly added to the sliedeshow, and when your evening guests arrive they can quickly catch up with exactly what has alreaday happened – seeing those photos puts them there!!

And then following the event,  you have all of the photos in 1 place, copyright free and to share as you wish!
